  • Shaz || Bought cheap and got planning permission to convert into 3 flats. Selling with permission for someone else to convert. On market about a year so not a good investment! Used few Estate Agents but not sold. Few price reductions. Suggest offers nearer £200k to £250k. Check what paid for it before you offer! And then think about market reductions. Lovely location, near Kidlington but away from centre. Next door to Asylum Centre. Overlooking lovely field. Set back from A44(?) near oXFORD Motor Park. Few lovely quiet streets.
