  • John || The asking price of properties within the Kiln Place estate have multiplied over recent years at an unsustainable rate, along with other similar 'ex local authority' maisonettes within the M25 region. That sellers are now being hit hard by the present UK and indeed global financial meltdown is no great surprise. I would suggest that present asking prices are still way above what I consider is their realistic value. Predictions of a 30% drop in prices are in my opinion a conservative estimate. Hopefully, these leaseholders will act accordingly, if they are to sell their Kiln Place 'palaces'. -- left at Mon Sep 01 21:07:59 +0000 2008
