  • WiseOldOwl || This isn't a house or a flat. It's a plot of land with planning consent for an apartment block with eight 1-bed and two 2-bed flats in Station Road, Caldicot, Monmouthshire. Next to the Severn Tunnel rail junction, and sandwiched between the M48 and M4. Real bottom of the barrel stuff. The guy flogging the plot claims the flats could sell for £115,000 each (in his dreams), but doesn't provide any clue as to what it would cost to complete the development.
