  • philandkrustie || This is a great little row of terraced half houses in the middle of Dulwich Village - I used to rent one of them. This one has been nicely renovated, but please - 575K! I'd consider it expensive at 350K. They're pretty small and dark, not great for a family. Looking on the LR, it seems to have been flipped last year then sold to a developer for 470ishK.
