- Andre || DOWN comes the Belvedere! Poor Old Frank Lampard eh... -- left at Tue May 29 11:10:46 +0000 2007
- Emma || These houses are close by where I live and also on a main road to the village Great Shellford. The Ihave seen them selling 2 times and came back to the market again. Is this a sign of there is not much to take from the average person with a monthly salary. Who wants to buy a house which is 15 times of annual sallary. Is this normal at all ??? You have to add stamp duty and renovation cost on the top. -- left at Mon Aug 27 19:03:12 +0000 2007
- Rob || Nobody is going to buy any more of those flats in the 'Triangle' until the plans have been finalised for the CB1 development around the station. Even then, if the plans for CB1 are unpleasant then that could have a bigger impact on asking and sale prices in the area than what we're already seeing. -- left at Wed Nov 07 10:29:19 +0000 2007
- || What the hell...these houses are twice the price of houses where I come from and I live in North London. -- left at Tue Nov 27 16:09:51 +0000 2007
