- S.J.Houston || Property in Pontcanna, especially in Cathedral Road where there are half a dozen very expensive family houses ( 5-6 beds) on the mkt,is clearly overpriced. These houses are hideously expensive to run and maintain, yet the asking price does not yet reflect the 'new reality'.
