- A PISSED OFF SELLER || IT STINKS! -- left at Wed Apr 09 20:16:41 +0000 2008
- || Properties were over inflated by estate agaents just to get them onto their books. So it look likes properties will find their proper levels. Good luck to first time buyers and shame on those who were greedy. -- left at Wed Apr 16 05:55:35 +0000 2008
- 10 years!!! || Blame Labour - they have destroyed the young generation's hope of becoming home owners over the last 10 years. In 1988 when inflation bit people had houses to loose, now families on average wages struggle to afford a studio flat so dont have houses. Kirsty and Phil have encouraged middle class greed in buy-to-let to keep working families from affording housing. Please for the sake of your and my children's future don't vote Labour! -- left at Sun Jun 22 09:58:57 +0000 2008
- luke thomas || Cardiff prices are unsustainable now the jobs are going. Get out now while you can..save your selves -- left at Thu Jul 31 13:23:19 +0000 2008
- safe as houses || Too late to sell now! We are looking at a 40% crash to get back to 3.5 times lending. Greed has led to all this, -- left at Sat Sep 06 16:08:21 +0000 2008
- Can't sell || They reckon only another 10% drop over the next year and come 2010 we'l bottom out and bump along the bottom for a few more years which is probably a good thing -- left at Fri May 15 20:51:16 +0000 2009
- Luke Thomas || Well I was right! Check out my comment of the Jul 31 2008 First rule of Panic is.. Panic first! -- left at Thu Jan 13 13:27:13 +0000 2011
