- philipa || very competitive prices in penarth and sully now offering real long term value for money ,location counts for a lot and best schools in wales/england means these are to some degree save from silly price drops that will rebound in 18 months anyway,also on coastline with lovely views -- left at Sat Mar 14 11:47:17 +0000 2009
