  • snitch || this has now gone down to £309,000 -- left at Tue Aug 14 15:24:26 +0000 2007
  • Angry at Brown and co || I have been looking in this area for over a year and finally prices are starting to slip despite estate agents best attempts to keep inflated prices. I noted a 3 bed ex LA flat (85% privately owned)in Patriot square, which sold 2 weeks ago went for £275,000 after being listed initially by Elms at £315,000! FTB should however wait and refuse to buy in the area for at least another 4 to 6 months in a bid to drive prices down even further in a ridiculously over inflated area. -- left at Tue Apr 15 13:08:04 +0000 2008
