- merit hollocks || Looking at the listing above. I think the Estate Agents are fixing prices in this area? One EA seems to come up more than the national brands. They must be hiking up prices to get the instructions??? Get real EAs no house in Beckton is worth over £300k asking price!!!! Average for Beckton 4 bedroom should be 200K. 3 Bed should be £160k. anything over that for the shoeboxes are just not worth it. -- left at Mon Jun 29 11:27:01 +0000 2009
- merit hollocks || looks like certain properties are overpriced judging by the time period they have been on sale. I viewed the property that has been advertised for the past 2 years. Originally it was on the market for £250k and now price has come down to £230K. At tops this property is worth £180k based on location and size.
