- j || For profit i suspect! If you're speaking about density of the building? I think you can blame our beloved council and their planning policy that forces this...I heard of someone wanting to build a couple of villas (which they could have made a profit on) but were rejected at planning and advised to build a block of flats instead (more profit) planning approved...go figure !?! -- left at Wed Jan 09 23:32:58 +0000 2008
