  • || Let's see some realistic pricing, the bubble has burst so if you want to sell you must reduce, also, there are too many overpriced flat's we all know that there are just too many on the market! come on sellers you will have to reduce your prices or you just won't sell! -- left at Wed Nov 21 15:44:18 +0000 2007
  • george || I would agree with the comment, but if you look at how long people are waiting to reduce their prices it is clear that they are 'lagging' the market trend considerably. Hence the stand-off which is happening right now. Most prices are still clearly at least 30% too high but the penny hasn't fully dropped yet for alot of people. It will eventually though or they just won't be ble to sell...simple as that. -- left at Sat Jan 17 12:20:43 +0000 2009
  • george || prices are starting to tumble again in this area the temporary halting of the crash with politically motivated QE and lower than realistic interest rates, is now over expect prices to crash again now and crash hard -- left at Thu Jun 10 21:25:43 +0000 2010
  • gill || George Your prediction is coming true, prices around Amersham have collapsed. More so in fact than surrounding areas. Nothing is selling and many sellers are deluded. If this isn't a crash in the making I don't know what is! -- left at Tue Oct 26 22:16:13 +0000 2010
