- PF || I used to live in a flat in this property. To be fair, £70 is probably about twice the true value - the place was like it was made of cardboard and infested with mice. Regular fights and drunkards in "Temple Square" plus a complete lack of parking, noise from the next door bar the smell of urine at the door every saturday morning. Glad I don't live there anymore. Don't waste your money on this block - it got filled up with students as the rents dropped. -- left at Tue Feb 24 13:07:09 +0000 2009
