- l.firth - leeds || Are sellers and estate agents living on cloud nine? Reduce prices in LS17 by 40% and the market may start to pick up. If this does not happen then we shall see most estate agents out of business - this may not be such a bad thing as they are all in competition to give vendors stupid valuations to get property on their books which in one year's time will still not have sold. -- left at Tue Nov 25 12:33:26 +0000 2008
