- invictahousesystems@btinternet.com || Street lane, Shaftesbury Av., West Parks, Talbots have risen by 500(least) to 1000% in 23years. Lack of schooling is a big factor as there is only 1 really good and 1 demoninational primary in the area. There is no good secondary within 2 miles. As classes can only have 30 by law, they are vastly oversubscribed. Hence, a smaller and smaller catchment area. Local shops and restaurants are very good. -- left at Mon Sep 17 00:46:27 +0000 2007

- || Schools have nothing to do with it. Its availability of funds from the banks over the years leading up to the crash and ridiculous valuations.
