- PB || Prices will drop by 50 to 70 percent over the next 6 years. This is easy to spot looking at previous trends and the affordability. You can build a nice new 4 bedroom house for under 100k in a great area of your choosing. WHY pay double to live here ? -- left at Wed Jul 11 17:14:00 +0000 2007
