Comments
- Peter Stapleton || I advertised a bungalow in LU6 in 2004 at £370k sold for £345k and was happy, a 7% reduction. Sure, some of the initial asking prices have been crazy. One agent valued my bungalow at £390k. When you buy ANYTHING don't you ask for 10% off? So 9% off for LU6 is OK, that's a 1% gain in the sellers favour :-) Between 2002 and 2005 did anyone get 95% of asking price? I think not. It's not all bad news. -- left at Wed May 21 23:07:03 +0000 2008
