  • Lucy || http://www.davidphilips.co.uk/fulldetails.asp?WCI=XML&WCE=992071 has just been dropped by 2% don't think it's listed -- left at Wed May 14 21:44:30 +0000 2008
  • hertadashwood@yahoo.com || Saw the recent article about your website which I have been using for a while - keep up the good work. Saw a couple of properties which look interesting but no links - probably some estate agent being difficult! In fact bought a flat from one December last year and they are still advertising it as sale agreed (until last week when I went to the ombudsman) - disgraceful practise - they should all follow your lead and admit how long the property has been for sale and how much the price has changed. Keep up the good work and suggest to the industry that this become standard practise everywhere amongst estate agents. There is still a lot to be done to get their house in order! -- left at Fri Jul 18 14:38:13 +0000 2008
