- max || In defence of Estate Agents many vendors also think that their property is worth more than the current market value. ( the one down the street sold at x so mines worth y. Most properties marketed at the correct value sell in a time scale of between 1 and 3 months. In many cases the market value is correct but if the vendor wishes to drop the asking price to speed up the process then thats the decision of the individual. -- left at Fri Nov 09 16:30:46 +0000 2007
- me || i guess they are all wrong now eh!!!! the values are falling dramatically, estate agents are losing jobs qicker than selling a overvalued property well i have no sympathy for estate agents at all they were paracites on high commissions.
