- Anon || I am very interested in property. and follow the market. This website is really interesting, and confirms what I had myself noticed that prices are falling. I am not at all surprised that so many properties have been reduced. Alot of them had completely unrealistic asking prices. I think prices will drop some more. I own my own property with no mortgage and have a buy to let mortgage. I brought my buy to let property several years ago, have alot of equity in it and have a repayment mortage which the rent pays and leaves over £100 a month so I have no worries about that. I know several people who have a buy to let property that the rent does not cover an interest only mortage and they are having to subsidise this. - Alex || A year ago there was no 3-bed house for less than 120k, now there are 4-beds for 90k and 3-beds start from c.a. 60k. if it's not a crash then I don't know what it is -- left at Sat Sep 27 10:08:48 +0000 2008
