  • eve eve of destruction alias jimmy the || you may say i am a dreamer but im not the bl oo dy only one ,look at this lot lol, after backing 5 losers do you go all in on the last race favourite, or give up and except your loss from gambling, looks like if you keep being thousends of pounds behind the market you wait, you lower but so has the market, my guess it will be loads less than 100k for a terrace soon, wait till the forced sales come, when 90% rent then gamble and buy, this gets worse , you might find the 35% looking very optimistic, romans, attila, khan, we do go backwards in time too, ok they could fix it that your terrace is still £15OK BUT THEN ITS £30 FOR 6 EGGS , £20 4 PINTS OF MILK, AND SO ON, START THINKING BARTA , english coins pre 47 50% sterling, pre1918 100% sterling, cheap premium, think small buys food , ie no change, think big things need gold, paper money made by a scot called LAW, DIED POOR OF COLLERA IN VENIS,EARLY 1800S, only here less than 200 years, £6,000 got you 45 ounces of gold or 1200 barrels of oil, in the year 2000,come on your houses are doomed, today you get 12.8 ounces of gold or 90 barrels of oil, hey NORfolk its the bankers this time not the vikings -- left at Mon May 26 22:30:46 +0000 2008
  • james edward || well i blogged 17th march about col u , i told people about the football crunch 18 months ago, feel smug today, people who are rich football owners made their doe out of bricks, now their losing it all lol, i tell you back walsall to win the prem ,they survived best in 30s, they might be in a league with 2 others and the other 89 go bust, 35% down is the most negative on houses , no one going for 3x salary yet that makes a poxy terrace £45k, how do buy with no loans, oh dear brick heads, it used to be buy to let die in debt, the way this is panning out, its going to be buy to let die full stop, alright jack how you doing, hey middle class who have slagged off the poor for years, now its your turn for the dole, you ll get a shock, norwich is full of service industries, yarmouth s falling in the sea, you follow these people at your peril, think for yourself or you ve had it. -- left at Thu Jul 17 10:39:13 +0000 2008
  • james edward || wow 28 7 08 the express headlines houses up 25% within 5 years only a what 2% drop this year , hey whats the proplem, lol, lol, lol. probably written by a school teacher. if you believe that why not buy the street now. oh dear no bodies got any money to lend you. what are they going to do print some more money, your house could have an average price of £275k but boy thats going to take some inflation, so if you want your house to be £275k then the non house owners going to have to pay . eg £100 six free range eggs, £1,000 PLUS gold , £20 a gallon of petrol, what qualifications the writer and people doing stats on this article got. MORE THAN ME. Remember bob my m8 ,if i were educated i would be a damn fool. i may be in the minority of one , so what , ive started i shall finish, uk has had a brain drain, must have been big at the express, even the sun does not seem that daft. you can make money by betting the opposite, this article sounds like its going to happen very soon, very soon, i told you in 2004 average house 160k gold was £200 an ounce , thats 800 ounces of gold, in july 2007 it was £250k gone up had it not. Well not in gold , 250k and gold was £450 an ounce, thats 555 ounces of gold for your bricks, july 08 same house would get £200k if you can sell it. Thats 200k and gold is £470 so thats 425 ounces. so this is the question house people , in 1930 ave house in usa 600$ gold was 30$ thats 20 ounces for your house, so are we going back to your 800 ounces for your house in 2004 or are we going nearer to the 1930s 20 ounces of gold for your house, im fick toooo its a no brainer your house 250k july2007 house is going to be worth less thah 425 ounces of gold in 2013, i want it in black and white so at least col utd told you so, sell your house for whatever you can get , its for sure to go down , i have no vested interest , i do not gain out of your misery. essex exile till i die -- left at Mon Jul 28 10:24:58 +0000 2008
  • col utd1 || so what do you reckon halifax house price index loses 1.9% this month makes average a few pence over £170,000 divided by £475 an ounce of gold makes your house 359 ounces of gold. You think i m daft but its going way lower, give me just over 11kilo s of gold any day. So if we use gold your house has gone down 55% since august 2004. By the way oil has not moved an inch compared to gold , but has risen with PRINTED MONEY. So if you had listened in at end of july you would have saved 65 ounces of gold ie £30,875 in gold money in just 2 months. People you are being lied tooooo. -- left at Fri Sep 26 22:59:20 +0000 2008
  • Struk || Got rid of mine in NR3 back in '06 - Looks like I made the right choice. Bought by a buy-to-rent bloke, so I imagine he's regretting it now... -- left at Sat Oct 25 11:24:59 +0000 2008
  • james edward colutd1 || when does hyperinflation start , its been print print print lately , the powers that be even openily admit it, when in history has printing money helped things, is this an attempt to gain your vote. i m still sticking to my less than 56k for your nr3 2 bed terrace , or we hyperinflate. What is a tangable asset, i beginning to think bottles of booze would hold their own in hyperinflation and so would tobacco.England has left wing no more, why skinner benn and co not speak out against new labours monetry policy, we are not represented, we are represented by 650 paid corporates.i only woke up july 2006, it gets far worse than this, its better to have nothing and owe nothing than have £200,000 in tangable assets and a £150,000 debt, its illusion, the latter is better off. in 1651 after the civil war the scots were teated to indentured labour a form of slavery they got sent to new england , west indies etc. indentured labour was known as debt bondage, but they were intitled to food drink, clothing, lodging and other necessities, today in 2008 the debt bondage industry has changed, you are in a far worse situation than those brave scottish soles who were deported for fighting for their king. unusual analigy but it holds up, few of us are free, we are english we are debt slaves. -- left at Sun Nov 30 15:41:57 +0000 2008
  • colutd1 james edward || so in july i moaned and told you a no brainer ave house price to gold written 28.07.08 was 425 ounces for average house, now on 4th dec 2008 , halifax the government owned , said with a pinch of salt house average was £163,605 , at time gold is £531 no doubt my dad will tell me its gone down ,well done dad. But hey its 309 ounces today . so since 28,07 your ave house has lost a further 116 ounces of gold ,wow thats nearly £62,000 in gold , 309 is a lot more than 20 or 30 in 1929, you people give me a bit of a chip, i tell you the truth, i ant got no vested, a lad who could do his 23x at 8 and run a 16runner handicap book at 12, truth , they are lying to you big style, stock market went down over 20% oct and nov but not your house, they are to scared to tell you. i will. -- left at Thu Dec 04 13:05:44 +0000 2008
  • col utd 1 james edward || now this grim this halifax £163,605 only takes into consideration the houses that estate agents sell, ie 1 a month , so for every one that sells for £163,605, their are 10 that sell at auction for say £120,000 or less. Your average house is worth less than 300o z in gold , in aug 2004 house price was the same, easy to manipulate figures, but in gold your house was 800 in aug 2004, 555 in august 2007,425 august 2008, and 300 in december 2008. so you house in gold money is worth 62.5% less than 2004. i must credit propertysnake, they print mad unvested interested me, we are beginning to get edited for having alternative views, this is getting out of control people, what ya gonna do, workhouse will be back after the olympics at this rate. England you must protest. -- left at Fri Dec 12 13:13:04 +0000 2008
  • col utd 1 james edward || i cant see your house going up in the last 4 days can you but golds done over £560 you ve lost 10oz in less than a week, we are all gamblers now like it or not, what does left wing or right wing mean any more, im confused, the truth hurts bad , but until we get it, its game over, the disparity between english and chinese wages is alarming, i do 30s because of grandad george s football career , the day in the darkest 20century depression , 14th jan 1933 walsall, bit like pearl harbour i imagine , £69 v £40,000 walsall 2 118 goal scoring triple league champions arsenal nilled by my hero , i see the injuries this man took when depression came to town, he was to be transfered to the villa, done his leg bad, told he would never walk, the graet depression make you walk , you not walk ,you not work ,you not eat.his transfer from walsall to villa april 34 was £3,000 that 25 % british transfer record which would have been £8,000,000 last year, a man valued at 8 million one week, the next no team in land would ever give him a contract, he was a hard man, he got work on a pay for play contract on one good leg, he was saving £6 a week 1933, i feel for my grandfathers fight , cause boy he did, please im a serious geezer underneath this, this is getting like a life like that sceince fiction programme v , the aliens had the same skin and features as us, we did not know who was human or who was alien, we lost. countries like the uk and iceland should look how cuba got on when the usa banned them , they did not all starve, so my best advice would be we got grow food before the big boys ramp the price, if you do not get cynical quick you ai nt got a hope of surviving this. any body take my bet nearly all uk banks to be 100% nationalised 2009. i think they maddof the money lol. happy christmas and a prosperous 2019.i have not been wrong about everything 2008. -- left at Wed Dec 17 16:28:01 +0000 2008
  • col utd1 james || happy new year the house has gone down another % at least this month and gee whizz golds got to 600 so if we take £1600, off £163,000 and divide it into gold your house will be worth 270 , a to buy physical gold 2009 jan is very hard and will cost you at least £700 an ounce physical , b what about £120,000 for an average their, that would be 171 ounces a more real figure, people were chucking you 800 ounces 2004 and 555 in august 2007, are we heading for less than 200 ounces this year in gold a 75 % loss, it looks like gold is the new ponzi , we have been all badly misrepresented by our corporate poodles. happy new year and a prosperous 2019. col utd 1 james -- left at Thu Jan 01 02:01:58 +0000 2009
  • || what i do not understand is the stock market lost 45% , so why has a house only dropped 20%, im back to tell you halifax , who dont exist anymore lol. The average house is £159,896 gold is £643 at present so we get 248 oz of gold for average house, read my earlier threads, i think in 2019 i will become an estate agent lol. 270 on the 1st before we get your index in 10 days which will send it lower, so you lost 22 ounces in 22 days , your house is going down £643 a day this year so far carries on thats £4,500 this month , you doubted us , we only saw sanity and you called us insane. col utd1 -- left at Fri Jan 23 15:09:28 +0000 2009
  • col utd1 || ok this is bad gold has stayed the same gone down if anything, the pound and your house have gone down ,start aug 2008 425oz,oct 2008 359oz, dec 2008 309oz jan 2009 270 jan 23rd 2009 248 , do not be lied to. so since july 28th 2008 we have had 179 days your house has gone down in gold 177 ounces so thats one ounce a day at £643 , you are being lied to. -- left at Fri Jan 23 15:35:27 +0000 2009
  • col utd1 || every single currancy in the world , is trying to devalue, this is the old 30s pony trick , sell you a dummy , ie debt house etc , means everybody has nothing left , meanwhile corporate globalisation starts to print like there is no tomorrow , to buy it all back for the 650 corporate s and friends, wonder when your going to get it , i seen 2003 houses auctioned today , paid 150 k 2003 so over 200k 2007, auctioned today for 75k , plenty of em too. churchill summed it up , never in the field of human endeavor , has so much been given , by so many , to so few. this is far far scarier than the 30s , trust me , brave soles for printing another view. -- left at Tue Jan 27 01:44:15 +0000 2009

Im thinking big drops for next month , what numpty thinks house prices gone up this month. -- left at Mon Feb 16 00:25:56 +0000 2009

  • james alas colutd1 || what a world of followers we live in , is anybody up for stage 2 of the crash , barclays or one of banks needs a lot more money printing than we know of . Whose gonna buy a house in our area of the ghetto nr3, i despair at the cleverness of the uk , if your clever when your house goes up what are you when it goes down . Everybody will lose their jobs and earnings are linked to peoples abilities to pay for accomodation , it will not seem your house has gone down much more , gordons ramping the printing press, so as i said £500,000 for your 2 bed terrace a few years , the problem now becomes feeding your family when beans cost one weeks wages , you better look out for yourselves , we cant afford our social security system, no one pays in . But if we do away with it the people would riot , so they have to hyperinflate , so a £100 giro has the sprending power of a tenner , why is so many so dumb , i write cause i hope i can save 1 of you , may 2009 do not buy a house you are deluded. -- left at Thu May 14 10:17:37 +0000 2009
  • Rich || Not going to be too long before the average house is 70 to 80oz of gold once again. In 1995 the average house was about 2.9x average earnings but I think we could easily go to 2.5x this time on the overshoot as average wages will remain static and unemployment rockets to 3 million plus. I'll wait until the average house price is somewhere between £75k and £85k - it's going to be a bloodbath, the biggest housing crash we've ever witnessed. http://gold.approximity.com/HP_UK_in_gold_1930.PNG -- left at Sun May 24 14:20:48 +0000 2009
