  • Sue Khazoom || Please amend your records on 84-90 Holders Hill Road, NW4 The two bed flats were never priced at £735,000. 2 x 2 bed flats are now sold, the only other 2 bedflat is priced at £550,000 The rest of the apartments are 3 bed / 2 bath We are the selling agents. -- left at Mon Jun 18 17:24:12 +0000 2007
  • Peter Vuorela || Some of these price drops are duplicates i.e. the same property marketed by different agents. Whilst I agree that the market has changed in a sense that six months ago anything was selling at silly prices, even flats by railway or on busy roads, it's early days to draw the conclusion. Summer is always somewhat a quiet period though the weather hasn't been brilliant either. By October we should see the clear picture of which way the market is going. In some areas property is clearly overvalued whilst others will probably just stabilise. -- left at Mon Jul 16 00:39:34 +0000 2007
  • diane messeca || please could you check out the prices and history for a 1 bed flat in peaberry court n4 near greyound hill and watford way. also could you check out the history of 1 bed flats (sold on) in the beaufort park development? many thanks -- left at Tue Apr 01 08:16:19 +0000 2008
  • paul harding || Noticed 5-bedroom detached house in Shirehall Park NW4, on market last year at £899K (clearly overpriced), but now advertised at £675K at morelands! Is this indicative of trends in hendon?! -- left at Wed Jul 09 21:00:51 +0000 2008
