- Christy || You had a property at 31 Manor Road, Didcot OX11 listed here for about 4 months, it went from 345 k to 330 k. Now we cannot see it, possibly because the vendor changed the estate agents from Thomas Merrifield to Chancellors. But maybe you can relist it again - it is the same place, and the same vendor, and on the market for the same time for almost the 5th month in a row. - scorch || I have been looking for a home for 6 months and can honestly say that 99.9% of properties are being overvalued - the amount of money people are asking for what are for the most part glorified boxes beggars belief. It's time Estate Agents/Vendors had a reality check. Eachtime I have looked at a property that I genuinely like I have put in an offer of what I honestly believe the property is worth, this has usually equated to 20-30% below the asking price.
