  • Richie || Reality has not yet sunk again for sellers of property. Reducing your house by 5 or 10% just isn't going to work! Think about reducing by 40-50% and maybe, just maybe, you'll have a chance of selling. Average property prices must return to 4 times average earnings - currently about £100,000.
