- B Kay || So many houses still look significantly overvalued in S18 area. Same houses have been for sale for so long - there is no demand! Even nice looking new builds look very expensive, but thats because the developers have paid way over odds for land. When developers / agents / sellers take a reality check and reduce valuations the market may look more appealing.
