  • Duncan V. || Combedale Road which shows a reduction from 56k to 499k was actually on with a different agent previously at a whacking 650k. In these cases obviously reductions aren't being shown. We all need to hold tight and not buy - far too risky. By the end of 2008 it will be obvious how fast prices are falling. -- left at Sat Apr 19 11:18:56 +0000 2008
  • || Combedale road was on Beeny's show - where they revealed how rubbish the development was - the kitchen has about 2 cupboards. Houses (flats are also going up in prime areas otherwise stagnating) in Greenwich are still mental and actually going up not down, especially obvious in East Greenwich. -- left at Mon Apr 21 10:29:56 +0000 2008
  • Kay || I noticed a house in Rangers Square, West Greenwich on the market for 375K. Unbelievable!! They were around 200K back in 2004. I think agents are putting highER prices on the properties and then pretending to aggresively discount so the sucker buyer thinks they are getting a 20 percent discount. This is maddness!! BUYERS be very careful in this market. -- left at Wed Oct 15 03:49:39 +0000 2008
