  • Duncan V. || Combedale Road which shows a reduction from 56k to 499k was actually on with a different agent previously at a whacking 650k. In these cases obviously reductions aren't being shown. We all need to hold tight and not buy - far too risky. By the end of 2008 it will be obvious how fast prices are falling. -- left at Sat Apr 19 11:18:56 +0000 2008
  • || Combedale road was on Beeny's show - where they revealed how rubbish the development was - the kitchen has about 2 cupboards. Houses (flats are also going up in prime areas otherwise stagnating) in Greenwich are still mental and actually going up not down, especially obvious in East Greenwich. -- left at Mon Apr 21 10:29:56 +0000 2008
