  • ck || I have been watching a property in sm3 (cheam village) it had been reduced to £505 from £528. I have noticed that it has been reduced again to £480 (rightmove) but has completely dissapeared from your site. Just for you info -- left at Sat Apr 12 01:48:10 +0000 2008
  • ck || now back on site but reduction not updated to £480 -- left at Sun Apr 13 09:44:32 +0000 2008
  • Emma Harding || This is a very misleading site. Most of these price decreases are just what would be expected in a normal market - i.e. a house which has been on the market for 366 days is clearly overpriced anyway! Most of the reductions are tiny, around 4% and no different to what one would take off anyway. This sort of thing just panders to thoe who are eagerly hoping for a crash - that is, those who hope to profit from the hard work of others. -- left at Sun Jun 01 06:34:38 +0000 2008
  • Michelle || These houses & flats are still way over priced! -- left at Thu Sep 18 13:14:49 +0000 2008
  • Steph || Estate Agents always inflate prices when a property first goes on the market. This website is useful to help measure the true value of your own property against other similar properties. -- left at Tue Oct 14 20:42:36 +0000 2008
