- Pat Boulton || Grayswood Croft is listsed as a 4 bedroom flat but it is really a 4 bedroomed house with a granny flat. Grayswood Croft is a development of 3 properties and one building plot. The one you have on the site is number2. numbers 3 and 4 are also for sale and greatly reduced, Same post code.
