• Anne Mitchell || "13 The Parade TA24 5NL" seems to come in several different guises. I counted 18 ranging from a 1 bed flat at £89,950 to a 6 bed terrace house at £249,950 or a 4 bed bungalow at £375,000. This doesn't inspire confidence in the accuracy of the data. However, it is refreshing to know, from other areas that I have researched using this site that vendors have started (been forced?) to see sense.
