  • Eddie Torquay || Torbay is a depressed area and these properties were grossly overpriced in the first place. These vendors will soon have to face reality and lower their exprctations. -- left at Thu Nov 01 14:42:10 +0000 2007
  • louby || agreed - massively overpriced in one of the lowest wage areas -- left at Mon Dec 29 11:02:10 +0000 2008
  • KEITH. TORBAY. || i have been looking down here for six months now, dont these saellers understand why their propertys arnt selling, they are to bloody expensive.Wake up and and watch the news. -- left at Thu Feb 05 09:01:56 +0000 2009
  • Snowwhite, Torbay || I personaly think that the estate agents are to blame for the inflated house prices. they seem to be sticking their heads in the sand and pretending that the house prices aren't coming down and artificialy inflating them. after all they get paid a percentage and they don't want to do the same job for less money!. i don't think you'll see the exstent of the property crash until the estate agents start being realistic in their valuations. -- left at Wed Mar 18 06:25:40 +0000 2009
  • peter || I am now thinking of buying back in London as the properties down here are simply not worth the large sums being asked. I also agree with previous comments about unrealistic Estate Agents - but it was ever thus. Oh well - big smoke here I come!!! -- left at Sun Mar 28 23:31:11 +0000 2010
