- Anoymous || You know when things are getting bad regarding house price falls, when the local estate agent puts a sign in his window with reasons why to invest in bricks and motar in his area. Our local agent has a note in his window refering to an upcoming development and is citing this as a reson to go out and buy. The house price crash is upon us!!
