  • Anoymous || You know when things are getting bad regarding house price falls, when the local estate agent puts a sign in his window with reasons why to invest in bricks and motar in his area. Our local agent has a note in his window refering to an upcoming development and is citing this as a reson to go out and buy. The house price crash is upon us!! Bring it on!! -- left at Thu Oct 11 09:47:53 +0000 2007
  • || you know things are getting even worse when the local estate agent tells you on their website that one of the houses on their books is up for an asking price significantly lower than the property along the road that sold for much more on the same street only a few months ago!! How sick are those people going to be who paid an inflated price? And doesn't it suggest that now is most definately not the time to buy! -- left at Thu Mar 27 15:46:38 +0000 2008
  • BringBack50kSemis || Hopefully we get a major crash and everyone who wishes to own a house will be able to afford to once more, wipe the smiles off the faces of smug estate agents and property developers...Everyone has the right to a comfortable roof over their head, not a market where families are pushed into appartments or 3 floor town houses with shared gardens. -- left at Thu May 01 12:37:22 +0000 2008
