- Tim Salter, Richmond || The long awaited house price crash is here. Properties will hopefully get back to realistic affordable prices so they can be used as homes and not ATM machines. - gordon || update from august 09 same agent tells me situation is the same as 4 months ago - no first time buyers in StM / Tw / Richmnd - and prices dropping daily - some by as much as 25%. many properties still unviewed and unsold after 6 months on the market. he's not sure how the market will recover next year - looks extremely bleak for vendors, but pretty good buyers who can wait. stave off purchasing for 6 months and save £100,000. -- left at Mon Dec 08 17:28:41 +0000 2008
