- Philip H, Teddington || Anyone thinking of buying just now is throwing their money away. We are in the midst of the biggest housing crash of our lifetime. It's happening so much faster than I anticipated: I initially reckoned the bottom would be reached at 35% however I now reckon 50% is a real possibility.
